Heriot A.V design and supply data network cable installation and maintenance support packages to a number of organisations.
Heriot A.V are committed to operating a management system that will enable the company to continuously improve its performance through working with and satisfying the requirements of its customers.
This will be achieved by identifying both the needs of the business and its customers.
The objectives of the quality management system are as follows:
- To assist the company in retaining its customer base and ensuring customer satisfaction
- To improve the efficiency of its operations
- To aid in attracting new business
- To ensure compliance with legal obligations, current standards and best practice
- To engender a culture of seeking continuous improvement of the processes and systems used by the company
- To involve staff in the enhancement and awareness of the business management system
The procedures describing the method by which the various processes are to be carried out are contained within the company’s quality documentation, manufacturers specifications and including customer specific instructions. The ultimate effective operation of the quality management system rests with the Managing Director who, through his delegated managers, is responsible for controlling the implementation of the quality management system and its subsequent control and enhancement.
The overall operation and goals of the quality management system is subject to review at least once every 12 months to ensure it represents the most efficient and effective method of working, in addition to the annual review, key facets of the operation of the business are reviewed as a minimum once every six months.
